In July and August the minimum booking period is one week (arrival and departure on Saturday), during the rest of the year is of two nights.

Guests may arrive from 4 pm and must leave by 10 am on the day of departure.

Prices include
- power, gas and water consumption
- Free Wi-Fi connection
- Weekly blankets/linen change and cleaning (except kitchen)
car parking (if available)

Prices do not include:
- cleaning for less than 4 nights stays (€ 40)
- final cleaning, if with animals (€ 35)
- extra change of linen (€10 per person)
- extra cleaning and tidying (€30)
- cot and baby (€15/week)
- cleaning where pets are present (€35)
- extra cleaning kitchenette (€50)
- token-operated washer/dryer

Payment
A 30% down payment of the total amount is due at confirmation of booking. Final payment at arrival at the Residence.
We require a refundable deposit of €200.
Payments with VISA and Mastercard credit cards.
Cheques are not accepted

Cancellation policy
Within 30 days before the arrival the whole amount will be refunded (€ 30 are required for operating expenses ). After this date no refund will be made.
No refunds for early departures.
